Q:I’m a customer from Hong Kong, how should I pay when shopping on this website?
A:We currently only accept payment through PayPal.

Q:How much does delivery cost for local orders?
A:Delivery is free for orders in Hong Kong.

Q:How and when will I receive my order?
A:All orders will be delivered directly to the address provided. For your reference, we estimate that the order should take around 4 business days after your order is processed to arrive; however, there may be delays caused by problems encountered by the supplier and/or carrier, such as weather conditions. If an order is already shipped and encounters delays caused by uncontrollable factors, we are not able to cancel or refund it.

Q:I am buying your products from overseas, how should I pay?
A:We are currently only accepting payments through PayPal.

Q:I live outside of Hong Kong, do I have to pay an extra fee?

Q:My order arrived defective/the wrong order arrived, what should I do? Do I get a refund?
A:Please send us an email at [email protected] or send a message to our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/demosisto/) regarding the defect or the wrong order, our team will get in touch as soon as we can. We are unable to process refunds or returns for orders which do not fall under these two categories.

Q:I have a different question, what should I do?
A:We are sorry for the inconvenience, please send us an email at [email protected], and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible!

Q:Can I return or change my order?
A:We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are not able to return or change an order after it has been shipped. Only under the following circumstances wild an order be eligible for change or return:

-The style or size of the product is inconsistent with the order
-The product is defected during the delivery process, resulting in damage to its intended functions
